Currently -February 19…Tyrone: The Legacy Theatre presents “Jane Eyre.” The 5-time Tony nominated Broadway musical, Jane Eyre is a musical adaptation of the 19th century novel by Charlotte Bronte which features the work of composer John Caird (Les Miserables; Children of Eden). The authors have granted Legacy the Regional Premiere of their new version of the show! This beautiful musical includes romance, secrets and hauntings. This is one you will not want to miss. Rated PG. Show Times: Friday-Saturday at 8:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday at 3:00 PM. Ticket Prices: Adults $25, Seniors 60 and older/Students 13 and older $22, and Children 12 and under $15. Group Rates: Groups of 20 or more people get tickets for $20 per person and the group leader receives a free ticket! The Legacy Theatre is located at 1175 Senoia Road, Ste. C, Tyrone, Georgia 30290. Currently-Feb 28…Carrollton: The Carrollton Cultural Arts Center (251 Alabama St., Carrollton; 770-838-1083; www.cprcad.org) presents The Golden Age of Hollywood - original movie posters from the Lowes Grand Roush Gallery. The Center is delighted to host an exhibit of original MGM movie posters created by artists in the golden age of Hollywood Cinema for the Lowe’s Grand Theater in Atlanta. Pastel and paint posters were created each week by the poster artists to add elegance and prestige to the movie palace. This exhibit is on loan from Herb Bridges. The exhibit opens in conjunction with the movie matinee showing of the film “With a Song in My Heart” starring Academy Award winner Susan Hayward. The Center is open Monday-Friday 9-5; Sat. 10-2.
