This contract agreement is subject to the following conditions:
1-Publisher retains the right to revise or cancel any advertisement at any time at the publishers discretion.
2-Should advertiser cancel this agreement or fail to run the number of adds with in the contractual time-frame, the advertiser will be short rated at the rate of the actual advertisement run. The short rate will be added to the final monthly invoice. Placement of advertising orders constitutes a representation of solvency by the advertisers and a promise to pay in full. Agreement will be automatically canceled if the account is placed in “bad debt” status.
3-It is expressly understood that this agreement, based upon the condition that the advertiser shall use the space contracted, and if not used to the amount specified, the cost
of all space shall be determined by the regular rate card.
4-Agreement may be amended by the publisher upon 30 days oral written notice to the advertiser, or his/her agent. If revisions are unacceptable to the advertiser, he or she may terminate the agreement on effective date of revision without penalty. Advertiser agrees to pay all reasonable collection or attorney’s fees should such fees become necessary in the collection of monies owed.
